About mch2swt23

I am a single mother of 2 in Greenville, South Carolina. I was once in the mortgage industry but then the real estate crisis happened. The owner I worked for lost her company of 14 years and I was out of a job. Due to the extremely high unemployment rate here, finding a job has been very difficult. I have since enrolled in school full time to get a degree in order to find a decent job. However, financially I am seriously struggling and have not been able to pay my rent in over a year. The investor who owns the property is just waiting on it to be foreclosed upon. I've talked to the actual lender and if I could just find a way to make the monthly payments again, they can let me stay and will modify the mortgage based on my income. Unfortunately, going to school full time with no daycare is hindering me from finding a full time job. I don't want to give up on school now but I don't want to lose my home either. The kids and I are finally in a stable home.

If anyone knows of any programs that can help me....please let me know!

Holding On, Greenville SC

Hi

for they might be able to help you save your home and it is best viewed in internet explorer.

You have to make a big decision whether to continue on full time or go part time to school to find work as there are places in my blog where and how to find work - granted it is not easy. But there is and more information in my blog. You might want to consider roomate situation.  Call 211 to see about temporary cash assistance that might help a little.

I was in a position like yours. Here not working had been working and wanting to buy half of mom's home when she passed. Later as the years went buy for my age it was just ridiculous for an attorney to want me to take out a lbig oan having to pay 00 a month and oh I could move and rent it out. Well then I have two places to run and if the renters wrecked the place I was really doomed. Luckily, the house price fell and no lenders would not lend me the money my sister wanted for the house. So I am renting and starting a part time job Friday when I get the script down. It isn't easy you have to keep looking for work everywhere and even at school if it is not online school. I hope some of the information I gave you and what is in my blog helps you and your family...

Good luck...
